For Customer Accounts:

  • Full name
  • Phone number (verified via OTP)
  • Email address (optional, for Google/Apple Sign-In)
  • Profile preferences (favorite businesses, preferred location)

For Business Accounts:

  • Business name and type
  • Owner/Manager name
  • Business phone number (verified via OTP)
  • Business email address
  • Business address and location
  • Password (encrypted)
  • Subscription and payment information

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Device Information: Device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, mobile network information
  • Location Data: Approximate location based on IP address; precise GPS location only when you grant permission
  • Usage Data: App features used, screens visited, time spent on app, interaction patterns
  • Log Data: Access times, error logs, referring app/website

When you join a queue, the business receives:

  • Your position in queue
  • Your queue status
  • Masked phone number (last 4 digits only)

Note: Businesses cannot see your full phone number or email address.

You can access your personal data through your profile section in the app or by emailing support@qline.co.

You can update or correct your personal information directly in the app settings.

6.3 Delete Your Data

You can request deletion of your account through the app settings (Delete Account option). Upon receiving a deletion request, we will delete your data within 30 days.

6.4 Withdraw Consent

You can withdraw consent for push notifications and location access through your device settings.

7. Children's Privacy

7.1 Age Requirements

  • Customer Accounts: Users must be at least 13 years old
  • Business Accounts: Users must be at least 18 years old

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately.

8. Location Data

  • Approximate Location (IP-based): To show businesses in your general area
  • Precise Location (GPS): Only when you enable "Nearby" feature

You can deny location permission and manually select your city. We do not track your location in the background.

9. Push Notifications

We send push notifications for:

  • Queue position updates
  • Your turn notifications
  • Queue status changes
  • Important service updates

You can disable push notifications through your device settings.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy in the app and updating the "Last Updated" date.
