But the idea for QLine didn't come from a boardroom — it came from waiting in a queue at a local clinic in Tirupati, watching elderly people, mothers with restless children, and patients in pain waiting for over an hour just to see a doctor.
And it's not just clinics. This waiting is everywhere — from getting a simple haircut to getting work done at a government office. Millions of people spend hours every single day, just waiting for their turn — time that could be spent with family, at work, or simply living life.
That moment stayed with me. I knew technology could fix this — not with something complex, but with something simple that anyone could use. QLine is my way of giving back to the community that shaped me.
